With these 14.5" adjustable loadable dumbbells you won't be disappointed. The loadable dumbbells have needle bearings for smooth kinetic power transition when performing workouts which prevent energy leaks in training (providing bigger gains) and can be easier on the joints with heavy loads. The loadable dumbbell handles provide a medium grip knurling intensity to prevent slippage with sweaty palms. The sleeves are 50mm/2" in dimeter to fit olympic standard weight plates. The loadable dumbbell handle finish is silver chrome and chrome for the sleeves for excellent rust & corrosion protection.
