This is the functional trainer add-on for a GPR400 rack: two 210 lb stacks, dual pulleys, and a real 2:1 ratio so your shoulders and elbows get resistance instead of a jerk at the top. Bolt it to your rack once, and it stops being a decision you have to think about again.
