Assembled, the GFT100 measures 45.10" L x 64.00" W x 83.00" H and weighs 633 lb once built. At 83 inches (6'11"), it clears a standard 8-foot ceiling with room to spare. If you're working in a garage with headers, ductwork, or a ceiling under 7 feet, measure your actual clearance before you order - and if you plan to use the overhead pulley and chinning bar through a full range of motion, give yourself extra clearance above that 83-inch frame, not just enough to clear it.

Footprint-wise, this is built for a garage corner or basement gym, not a commercial floor. Leave a few extra feet in front of the machine for cable range of motion on presses and rows, and you're set.

How it arrives

The GFT100 ships at 633 lb, true freight. It travels LTL and delivers by appointment, curbside with a liftgate as standard. If you'd rather not be the one wrestling a 600-plus-pound crate off the truck, white-glove delivery is available.
