The EXM3000LPS is two gyms in one machine. It runs two fully independent 210 lb stacks, so you and your kid (or you and your spouse) can both be training at the same time on the same unit. Everything moves on sealed bearings and guided arms, not free-hanging plates, so the learning curve is short and the joints stay happy.
