325 Lb Set

This set goes beyond the typical 300 lb. weight set most companies offer. It includes 280 lbs. of cast iron plates plus a 500 lb. capacity rated barbell with 8 needle bearings. The additional plates are two 10 lb. and two 2.5 lb cast iron plates. This increases the weight of the set to a maximum of 325 lbs. with the barbell and allows you to add on additional weight easier rather than taking plates off to adjust the weight.

Olympic Weight Plates

These iron plates have  been tested time and time again to last a lifetime. Barbell training is still the standard for building strength. These plates include a premium matte finish that you can only appreciate seeing in person. They have great grip to easily grab and slide off the bar and handle even with sweaty hands. Just as they are called Olympic Standard plates they are a great standard for any gym. With raised lettering and silver coloring it is easy to read the weight of each plate. 

Barbell

This barbell is a great for anyone lifting within 500lbs. It has a bright zinc finish which protects from rust. Also includes needle bearings. The bearings provide a great support for the wrists when transferring dynamic loads, particularly good for powerlifters. The light medium intensity knurling is easy on the hands when using the barbell frequently during a workout while providing good grip. This barbell has no center knurl.
