The GDCC250B puts two independent stacks, twenty height settings and 180-degree arm rotation in a home gym frame rated the same as Body-Solid's commercial line, so your shoulders get the joint-friendly cable path a good gym has and your garage gets a machine that isn't going anywhere.

  • 4.8mm aircraft-grade spun steel cables rated past 2,500 lbs, running through fiberglass-reinforced nylon pulleys on a 2:1 ratio for smooth resistance at both stacks.
  • 20 independent height adjustments and 180-degree cable positioning - set the pulley where your joints want it, not where the machine forces it.
  • Two 160 lb. weight stacks, upgradable to 210 lbs each - room to grow without buying a second machine.

Will it fit your space

164" L x 29" W x 84" H. This is a tall unit - measure your ceiling clearance before you order, especially if you're finishing out a basement or a garage with joists or a garage door track overhead. The footprint is long and narrow, so plan for a wall run rather than a corner.

How it arrives

Complete the setup

Each stack ships at 160 lbs and can be upgraded to 210 lbs per side if you outgrow the base load. That's the only expansion path built into this machine - everything else you need to train (handles, bars, ankle straps) attaches to the same 4.8mm cable and 2:1 pulley system out of the box.
